Our school

Our experienced teachers and education assistants specialise in working with students who have special educational needs and disabilities.  Our curriculum is designed to specifically meet each individual child’s needs and is formalised through their Individual Education Plans.

Our co-location within Koorana Primary School allows our students to benefit from the many shared facilities such as integration activities with their mainstream peers,  library, P&C,  and uniforms. A dental therapy clinic is also on site.

The campus is inclusive with reciprocal arrangements allowing KESC students access to excursions, incursions and special events. Integration sessions are organised for some students enabling them to experience classes in a mainstream setting. Being close to both Warnbro Community High School ESC and Malibu School permits excellent transition programs between the two schools for students leaving us at the end of their primary schooling.
